This house is comfortably situated on quiet Cherokee Oaks Drive in Three Rivers, California with the seasonal South Fork of the Kaweah River flowing through the backyard! It it located six miles from the main entrance of Sequoia National Park. The house is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom with a loft and can sleep up to six guests. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV. The cottage was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped. Being a cottage the bathrooms were a little dated. The back patio was great. Right on the edge of the river. At dusk the bugs come out. He covered deck has bug netting. Do to infrequent use it is basically inoperative. The Sequoia River Cottage was a perfect base camp for our 2 day Sequoia Park visit. ##### John W. The kids loved sleeping in the loft above the kitchen. The kitchen had everything you could think of. Even though the river behind the house was dried up, we still saw a black bear, deer, great horned owl, quail, turkey, possum and skunk so incredibly close, using the riverbed as a path. The house was clean and had everything we needed. An abundant amount of towels. My son loved going down and seeing the ducks and running all over the years. It was the perfect place to spend a few days outside of the city and hustle and bustle.
