The Entry opens to the view of the private courtyard with private hot tub. Through the double french doors you will find the large, beautiful, modern Kitchen with island and dining table and seating for four. There you’ll find a well stocked pantry, coffee bar, my personal collection of local art and access to the deck with table and chairs, plus a propane grill and awesome cross-canyon views. Also off of the Entry you'll go up two steps to the very cute Library then pass through double french pocket doors to the Living Room complete with smart TV, Lazy Boy recliner, propane fireplace, piano, writing desk and more art. This sounds grand but it’s a small house that lives large. In the Primary Bedroom is outfitted with a fabulous Cal King bed, closet and chair as well as deck access. The bathroom, just off the hallway, has a wonderfully deep soaking tub with shower. The Second Bedroom has a very comfortable Murphy wall bed single, a chair, closet and another access to the courtyard. In that Courtyard you will find the private spa/hot tub perfect after a long day hiking in Sequoia. There is a separate Laundry Room off of the kitchen and primary bedroom that is well stocked with all the products you’ll need. There is a Tesla charger available for your use at Redtail Cottage (the guest house) and a “Teslatap” adapter for others. IMPORTANT: There are 17 rock steps from the parking to the house level that need to be considered making REDTAIL HOUSE inconvenient for guests with mobility issues. This home is a perfect option for 2-3 guests when visiting Sequoia National Park. The home is clean, comfortable and cozy. The owner is very communicative and helpful. The EV charger makes it especially convenient for anyone driving an electric vehicle, since public chargers are few and far between in this area. We didn’t find any restaurants I could recommend, and the market has a very limited selection, so I would advise others to shop before coming to Three Rivers. We wanted to enjoy our surroundings during our stay so we chose this cute little house. It's very comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed star gazing from the jacuzzi, loved waking up to the beautiful views of the mountains, and appreciated the quiet peacefulness of the area. ##### Kim H. There was a heat wave going on and the house stayed cool. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was there. The proximity to Sequoia was just right. Did I mention how clean this home was. Linda thank you for being so responsive and considerate while we stayed at your home. Lots of delightful wildlife to watch. Three Rivers is a great little town with nice restaurants. We visited sequoia and kings canyon and this was a perfect home base. We found the bed super comfy and slept very well. I had a few questions for Linda and she was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Mary P. Layout of the property is unique but ultimately works. Linda was extremely responsive with an issue that we had regarding outdoor lighting/water feature. ##### chris b. We very much enjoyed our stay at this craftsman house nestled in the mountains near Sequioa National Park. The entire property was neatly presented and we had zero issues accessing services (WiFi, Jacuzzi, Kitchen, and parking). We did not want to leave. So close to Sequoia National Park entrance and three rivers has everything you might need… restaurants, grocery store, etc. We will be back someday…hopefully in fall or winter. I need to hunker down and enjoy the living room and library. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner after our hikes in SNP. ##### Lynne P. Biggest bathtub I have ever been in lol. Owner very accommodating. The keurig pooped out and they immediately sent over a new one. Would definitely recommend! ##### April W.
