It has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a game room. Lots of private yard space and parking for up to 5 vehicles. HIGHLIGHTS: We have four kayaks and a pedal boat for outdoor family fun! Gather around the firepit and marvel at the stars while roasting some s'mores. Reclining sofa, game/puzzle table, foosball, ping-pong and darts promise hours of entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has all the extras including crockpot, blender, electric fryer, griddle, regular drip + Keurig coffee makers - or cook outside on the grill. Linens and washer/dryer also provided. WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP: Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (main level) 2nd Bedroom: Double Bed (main level) 3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed (second level) 4th Bedroom: Two Twin Beds (second level) DOG FRIENDLY: This home is dog-friendly, so enjoy your vacation with your furry friend! We allow up to 2 dogs for $20/day (a maximum of $120 per stay). Just select the pet option when booking your stay. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them. LAKES: Whitefish Lake is 199-acres and part of the 28-Chain of Lakes. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. There is a small decline down to the lake from the house - not too steep. The lake is swimmable from the shore, has a sandy bottom, and gets gradually deeper. The boat launch is about 1 mile away and there is a Marina on the Chain just 3 miles away. Note that from the launch, your boat must pass through a large culvert to get to this home. Most speed, fishing, and small pontoon boats under 20' (and that have a collapsible top) should fit through the culvert. This culvert connects Whitefish Lake to the rest of the 28 Chain of Lakes. Please ask if you have questions about boat access to the property. TRAILS: You can take off from your ATV or snowmobile right from the home to get onto the nearby trails. Check out the various Clubs on our "Destinations" page to navigate all the trail systems. THE AREA: Sunrise Shores is 10 minutes to downtown Three Lakes and 20 minutes to Eagle River. The marina is just a few miles away for boat rentals, and there are snowmobile rentals across from the marina. Downtown Three Lakes provides the old-fashioned charm of a store-front community. Its main street is lit by antique lampposts and lined with unique shops and restaurants. This home is located right on the ATV/UTV Trail, where riders can cover a variety of terrain in the area, from paved roads to dirt routes. GOOD TO KNOW: The living room fireplace is NOT operational - but fires can be made in the outdoor fire pit. There are 2 security cameras in the parking areas. Bring your own lake towels. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Due to Oneida County regulations, this property must be reserved for a minimum of 7 nights. Kayaking the lakes was a blast. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and the tap water had a strong unpleasant smell (thankfully the fridge water is filtered). One con was not have a decent idea in regards to the access to the lake, the hill was quite syeep for hauling down ice fishing gear. There was still towels in dryer and trash filled the garage! We needed to wash dishes and pots and pans before use they were all greasy. Nothing had a place in the kitchen. The complimentary dishwasher pods and washing machine pods jars were empty. The house served its purpose but not having air conditioning it was very hot!!!! The day we left they said to text when we had left ….the workers showed up at 9:50\. Our check out wasn’t till 10 am! And besides we didn’t get in at 4 when we arrived. It was a really nice place and well stocked with kitchen essentials. We had difficulty getting into the house because we were given the wrong code. Vacasa is not very easy to work with if you want local advice. We rented a pontoon boat, but were unable to get it launched on the lake. It would have been nice to discuss these details with someone beforehand, but vacasa said if it was 20ft or less than it could be launched which is inaccurate. The boat has to fit through a culvert that is 8ft high and 12ft wide not including the water depth. Overall, it was a great place and we had a wonderful time, but just having a little more information would have been nice. The property was great and my only issue was with Vacasa. ##### Laurie S.
