Ground Floor: mudroom and laundry  
First Floor: bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, dining/living, and balcony  
Second Floor: loft styled bedroom  
  
Bedding Configuration:  
Loft, Second Floor: 1 x King Bed (or 2 x Single Bed)  
Ottoman is located in the lounge room. Please note this Ottoman/single trundle is suited to a small child only.  
  
Only these room configurations can change and must be requested in the booking notes for a variation at the time of booking. If booking within 3-weeks: only the default bedding will be set in the property.  
All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied.
