With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 king bed, this tremendous property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine during your stay. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Two car driveway and plenty of street parking, do not park in front of the water hydrant. There is poker table and foosball in the garage. There is small arcades and board games inside the home for additional entertainment. Outdoors floating and pool basketball. Across the street is there is baseball field and 2 kids playgrounds. Picnic tables, library and community centre. Other things to note POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. \*\*Pool heating is not needed in summer months. The property was beautiful and so nicely appointed the beds were so comfortable, and all of the amenities were newly updated and seemed almost brand new.
