Located in Thousand Palms, this fully renovated desert estate has been transformed into a private oasis made for relaxation and fun. Step outside to an expansive patio designed for entertainment and comfort. The luxurious 60-foot heated pool with spa is the centerpiece, surrounded by a 60-foot putting green, fire pit, outdoor BBQ, poolside misters, and shaded lounge areas. There’s plenty of room for games, dining, and activities — and when evening falls, the mountain views and glowing palms create an unforgettable desert backdrop. Inside, the home features six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living areas, and a laundry room for added convenience. Every detail has been updated to make your stay easy, comfortable, and perfectly suited for group gatherings. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM–8 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM–8 AM Friday and Saturday. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9 PM, and guests are responsible for any city or HOA fines related to noise or violations. All of our homes feature private pools and spas! Pool heat is not included and will be an additional fee of $100/day. Pool heat must be requested and paid for no less than 48 hours before arrival. Pool heat will be between 84-88 degrees and must be for 2 consecutive days minimum - ARRIVAL DAY must be included! There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102\. \*Pool will not be heated in the Summer months. Tampering with any pool or spa equipment will result in a fine. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. There were a new backyard games provided and the event space in the back was a perfect backdrop for a hibachi dinner. We only had one issue finding an outdoor light switch for the lights that didn’t turn on when the timer should have turned them on (probably due to daylight savings, maybe?) but the owner was super responsive and offered to come turn them on for us immediately. It took us a bit to figure out how to get the hot tub on ourselves but once we did, it heated up very nicely (we could have easily called for help but we were being stubborn about it-that’s on us). Hosts were super responsive and the property was lovely. No complaints at all, happy to recommend to others ##### Carolina d. We had adults and children, 15 total and everyone loved it. The pool is large and very suitable for a big group with both ends of the pool made for tanning or children. The misters were a big help with the heat. We used all the yard games and enjoyed the beautiful cafe lighting at night. Check in and out was an easy process. Every detail was thought about including pool towels and laundry. The home hosts were very responsive and helpful. We all said we would do it again and we weren’t ready to leave! Thank you VUE. This place is true paradise! We stayed here for a guys golf trip and could not have been happier. Plenty of room. The backyard is an oasis in itself. Everything was clean and organized. Four families stayed with plenty of room and space for everyone! The pool was the best part with the lounges in the water to keep you cool! There were lots of games and things to do including all the tvs to watch. The kitchen was a great space to cook and hang out and the house stayed nice and cool after being out in the hot sun! We loved the backyard! The pool, hot tub, games, putting green, misters, lights, grill, etc were awesome! The home was clean and the property managers were quick to reply with any questions we had. The house is clean, spacious and perfectly accommodated everyone. My grandchildren keep talking about when we can all return. The backyard took our breath away when we first saw it. The saltwater pool and spa was awesome and there was plenty of activities to do out back, including miniature golf and other outdoor games. The hosts were amazing!
