It is very private and secluded. The views of the mountains surrounding this home are just breathtaking. Hottub was very nice and relaxing. Stars at night were incredible. The farmhouse felt like a home away from home, almost like staying at a family vacation spot that’s been loved for generations. Super inviting, cozy, and our dogs were in heaven with all the space to roam. And the hot tub was the perfect way to end each night!We brought our instruments and played music in the barn - it was such an inspiring, creative space. Rob was incredibly responsive, which made the stay even more stress-free…but we really didn’t need anything because they pretty much thought of everything - there was everything provided that you need. The house was an old farm house which the owner is restoring. The main house has a lot of character. Our only complaint was the icy road but that has no reflection on the owner or the property. We had 4 wheel drive SUV's so a non issue. We would rent again as Robert was there to answer every question we had. Great expereice, M ##### Mario R. This is our second visit to Sullivan Farm and we will be back again. Our family of 4 gathered with my parents and all 6 of us enjoyed the quiet and cozy farm. It is always the most rejuvenating retreat for our family. In the middle of a busy fall sports season we got to enjoy the gorgeous leaves, crossing the brook on stepping stones, marveling at the waterfall, playing together in the fields, and making s’mores in the giant fireplace. My 12-year-old was only able to make it up for 1 night but he said “it was totally worth it.” What could make a mom happier?! Thank you Rob! Always such a pleasure! ##### Anna R. The house had charm and was spacious. We have two toddlers and two dogs. The kids loved exploring the house and playing the piano, while the dogs loved the yard and nearby hikes. There is a picturesque pond and nearby waterfall, all within walking distance \~ 0.5 miles. We visited in the fall - the leaves were absolutely gorgeous surrounding the farmhouse! This updated farmhouse with the large barn attached was more than enough space for 6 of us and 3 dogs and was well used to escape a rainy day. The open land was perfect for our dogs and the pond was easy to access and. This beautiful and peaceful property made for the perfect relaxing getaway. ##### Katelyn-Rose C. It is the perfect place for a week of family time, cooking, hiking, walks with the dog, and swimming. There is plenty of space and everything you need is provided.
