"We had a great stay. George the owner is very proud of his property and showed us all around his gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very convenient to Daintree Discovery Center. All damage from the December 2023 “extreme rain event” have been repaired. Don’t hesitate to book. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel cafe. Otherwise, there are very limited restaurant options, and no markets nearby, so stock up before you get on the ferry, either at Mossman or Port Douglas. "

"We had a great one night stay. The cabins were thoughtfully set up to ensure a comfortable stay. The cabins were light and airy and really maximised the experience of staying in the rainforest. Also saw a cassowary come feed near the main board walk - the experience was surreal!"

The exotic fruit breakfasts and fun recommendations for things to do by Matt (for those who want more than just to luxuriate in his B&B) made the stay a very special experience for my wife and me."

"It was a very nice and quiet place. We found the snake climbing in the gutters on house 2nd evening, very cool. The pool was nice to swim in and the fish would nibble on you and were jumping out of water a little to bite at my beard. My son thought it was a riot."
