Chanel was great! The perfect balance between attending to our needs but letting us enjoy our time to ourselves.

"We liked the security feature for getting on the elevator. Judging from our room there have been updates in the facility since the last time we stayed there a couple of years ago. Nicely done. Good stay."

"@9:15 AM: Good coffee machine, working correctly. One side of toaster not working. No pastries. Pancake machine was unattended, instructions obscured, bag needed replacing, no help offered even though I was clearly trying to figure it out for 10 minutes or so. No plain oatmeal in vessel, quite disappointing, no sweetener-free options. No whole boiled eggs."
A verified traveller from Reston stayed at Best Western Plus Crossroads Inn & Suites
"We had a wonderful time in Cottage 39. We were in town for a wedding and wanted a little bit of space for our family of 4. This was the perfect spot. We didn't get to spend a lot of time on property because of wedding activities, but we did take advantage of the free mini golf as well as the outdoor and indoor pools at the lodge.
The kitchen was great for making breakfasts to start our busy days. We would definitely stay here again."
