When you enter the home, you will be greeted by the cozy living area, a dining area set for eight, and the full kitchen equipped with ample counter space and everything you need to make delicious meals during your stay. The master suite with a king-sized bed and a second bedroom with a queen are also located on this same floor. Head upstairs and you will find two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two doubles. Downstairs provides the last bedroom complete with two sets of bunk beds and a queen to allow everyone to spread out and find their own space! May 6, 2024 #### Ski Family Weekend Headed to Crystal Mountain with 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids) for the first time. Our families travel a lot to different ski locations across Michigan and the Northeast. Mountainside 612 was the perfect condo and met all of our needs. Plenty of room for all! Kids loved having the basement as their own space, while the adults loved the steam shower in the master bathroom and the spaciousness of the kitchen and dining area. We were able to practically 'ski-in and ski-out' using the hill out front which was extra convenient. Plenty of parking available on site as well. Kitchen had most of what we needed, but did bring some of our own items to supplement (ie. ice maker based on reading others' reviews). Downstairs toilet leaked, but made a call to report the issue, which was easy to do. Communication was fantastic. Several emails and text messages leading up to our stay, during our stay, and after our stay. Everything was very clear such as how to use the electronic door lock, check out procedures, and reporting problems. Used the text messaging feature to report a forgotten item and am still waiting to hear back. Our 2-night stay was the beginning of a getaway we hosted for our 4 adult children and their families in Michigan to celebrate our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary. Every detail about this home was wonderful. The 3000 sf area was spacious and the 3 levels and 5 bedrooms afforded the 13 of us plenty of privacy. Things were spotless. The woodsy setting was so peaceful, and there were 2 decks in back, allowing us to enjoy the outdoor surroundings. The interior was very tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and accessories. We had a couple of questions when we arrived and the property manager was prompt to respond. There was adequate parking for our 4 vehicles. The location was conveniently located for easy access to attractions we wanted to take in. The kitchen was efficiently set up with lots of supplies, which we really appreciated. However, the ice maker wasn't working when we were there. We ran out and bought some ice. We put in a call to management and I'm sure it's fixed by now. There could have been a little more glassware and flatware for a group our size. These are just minor suggestions. We loved our stay at this magnificent property. This property is located in the Crystal Mountain complex, close to many activities, including the golf course, restaurants and pool. The five bedrooms and four bathrooms were nicely appointed and clean upon arrival. The kitchen is large and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and tableware. There is a large deck overlooking the golf course, which is where we had all of our family meals. There were adequate linens and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Plenty of linens, blanket and bath towels. The adult teens made use of the shuttle back and forth to the ski hill and pool/hot Tub. Fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplaces and pool table were nice to have. In the kitchen: silverware, plates, bowls, glasses and coffee mugs, knives, cutting board, wine opener, electric skillet, crockpot, waffle maker, plenty of fry pans and mixing bowls, Wooden mixing spoons and a couple turners. Teenagers never could get the tv to turn on in the basement. Remotes should be looked at. ##### Tina K.
