For the family, you can enjoy the water park as well as the legacy art trail all within walking distance or a short drive. There were 10 of us staying in the house. We were very comfortable, everyone slept well. The kids were a little disappointed that there wasn’t a lighter to get the fireplace going but that didn’t affect our fun, only mentioning that because some people may be very disappointed if that were to happen. We were about a block or so from the restaurants, skiing and store. That was very convenient. The property manager was great to work with and very patient when I wasn’t able to get my printer going for the contract and couldn’t get it back right away. ##### Laure S. The property was as described on the VRBO website. We enjoyed the facilities very much and everything we used worked well. The host was also very responsive to all our communications. We used the large front deck for a number of meals as the summer weather was very nice. We also used the amenities at Crystal Mountain Resort which was about a half mile walk. We found the water pressure to be weak at times. It also would have been nice to have a fire ring or pit. The resort did have a communal fire pit but it was quite busy and crowded. The Beulah City beach was a nice outing for us on a warm summer day. We also spent a day in Traverse City and an evening in Frankfort, each having lovely things to see and do.
