This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfectly located just a short walk from Crystal Mountain Resort, offering year-round adventure right outside your door. Whether you're visiting for a snowy winter escape, a vibrant fall color tour, a summer golf outing, or spring hiking and biking, this home is the perfect basecamp for it all.  
  
Inside, you’ll find a warm, inviting living space with cozy furnishings and a fireplace perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up your favorite meals, and the spacious layout makes it easy to unwind with family or friends. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for comfort, and with two full bathrooms, getting ready for the day is always easy.  
  
Step outside to enjoy the private backyard with a grill and firepit—ideal for evening cookouts or sharing stories under the stars. With central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and plenty of parking, this home offers both convenience and comfort all year long.  
  
The location is unbeatable. In winter, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and fat-tire biking at Crystal Mountain—just a short stroll away. When the snow melts, the area transforms into a playground for outdoor lovers. Golfers will love the nearby Mountain Ridge and Betsie Valley golf courses, while hikers and cyclists can explore the scenic Betsie River Trail or Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, just under an hour away. Summer also brings opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and beach days along Lake Michigan. The Crystal Mountain pool facility is not included when not renting directly thru Crystal. However, a daily pool pass may be purchased from Crystal Mountain directly for access to their communal pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
