Guests have full access to the entire house. All three bedrooms are located upstairs: \- \*\*Primary bedroom (left side):\*\* Features a queen bed and a twin trundle day bed, along with a large ensuite bathroom. \- \*\*Guest bathroom:\*\* Located directly in front of the stairs. \- \*\*Two guest rooms (right side):\*\* Positioned across from each other, with a \*\*cargo net reading loft\*\* in between, directly across from the primary bedroom. \- One guest room includes a queen bed and a desk. \- The other bedroom is designed for kids, featuring a bus bunk bed with kids\` items stored in the closet. The home also includes a fire pit, grill, indoor gas fireplace, and a cereal bar. If you plan to bring pets, please let us know how many. We require all pets to \*stay downstairs and off the furniture\* to help maintain a comfortable space for all guests. We are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet. After booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. It basically asks guests to follow these guidelines: \- Pick up after dog droppings \- Do not allow the dog to bark excessively \- Do not allow dogs on furniture or beds \- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate. \- Put pet sheets on furniture \- Pets must be housebroken \- Crate the dog if left unattended indoors for a long period of time. \- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively \- The dog must be up-to-date on immunizations \*If these guidelines are not followed, guests will be charged the extra fee for cleaning. A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues. QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 8\. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property. Extra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on. Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred. SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. That was the ONLY reason we stayed here. Of course the first thing we did (after the cleaning lady was 30 mins late with her cleaning) was run to the backyard--only to be met with the PUTRID smell of the chicken coop next door. This was SO OFFENSIVE we could not even step outside. In addition, the garbage bin had layers of rotting food in the bottom. Hundreds of flies had made there home there. WOW! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! 2 of 10.In addition, the water heater was STUFFED into a closet between the kitchen and dining area so incorrectly the door would not even close. VERY DANGEROUS!
