"Super-clean property with no animal or smoke smell. The updated master bath had a great shower and the kitchen was functional. Though there is a porch, the property is exposed to the sun, especially in the evenings. No crazy neighbors shooting off fireworks on Pie and Beer Day, so that was a major bonus! "
