"I travel to the Boston area about once every six weeks and, as a former South Shore resident, enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and safe, with a nice (and free) breakfast buffet. The front-desk staff in particular are professional and friendly, and greet me by name. I also appreciate the free parking, easy access to the highway, and proximity of several good restaurants. "

"Overpriced. The room was the size of a bedroom. The toilet was partially under the sink. Hidden charges. They charged a security fee and a property fee. We left early and asked for a refund and was told yes. There was no refund so i called. I was told they could not give a refund to call Expedia...i was not told that when we left."

"This property owner did not send me information on how to get into the unit. Upon arrival at the address, the property looked to have people in it, there was a cat in the window, toys, cleaning supplies on the porch and a car in the driveway. The door was not answered nor repeated text messages. I had traveled from Hawaii and had to find another place immediately. I called VRBO 3 times and was told a manager would call me back, I never received a response back. I am still trying to rectify this matter."
