(1,009 reviews) Staff was very friendly, but area is not great, OPP was there twice in our first hour, the elevator smelt like BO or Alcohol every time and the stairs was constantly occupied by questionable people not going anywhere. Stains on the box springs and holes in the doorknob areas. Wouldn’t recommend, spend the extra money for the peace of mind and cleaner amenities. (829 reviews) The staff are fabulous. The amenities and room set up are wonderful. I do wish they would deep clean their hallways and rooms. I find this more and more in hotels that rooms, this one included, they are not perfectly clean (i.e. dirt and hairs in the corners…and when was the last time the floors were mopped and carpets cleaned?) and hallway carpets really need a shampoo.
