"Very nice front desk staff-courteous, upbeat, helpful. Room was clean but leftover trash in bin and no ice tray in refrigerator. VERY comfortable bed. Train in middle of the night was a throwback experience to a different age-i liked it but some would be frightened of the noise. Excellent location."

"What a beautiful, personal, and comfortable family home! Colin and his family were lovely hosts who were supportive via text message and respective of our autonomy.Our group included four adults and one child, which felt right for the amount of space the house offers (we used two of the bedrooms--beds are comfortable!). We cooked in the kitchen and curled up in cozy armchairs to read at night. The yard and land surrounding the home are the true gems, though: we spent hours lazing around, roaming, and grilling outside, which was exactly how we wanted to spend our vacation together. Our kiddo loved watching the rabbits dart around the yard, and the evening light in the backyard felt especially serene. Really lovely! One thing to note: the home is (wonderfully!) close to three hundred years old, so there are some areas of the house that are a bit more musty and dark (noticeable in contrast to the bright and long July days of our stay, I'm sure). The home is very clean and well-kept, but I can see how some of the old-house characteristics might be less appealing for some folks."

"From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The home was exactly as described—beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, made us feel instantly at home.The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful retreat. We especially appreciated the little touches that made our stay memorable, and it was clear that the hosts genuinely care about creating a wonderful experience for their guests.Communication was excellent from start to finish. The hosts were responsive, welcoming, and provided clear instructions that made check-in and check-out effortless. (Just the lack of Wifi upon accessing the code from my phone made it difficult ---I had to drive to get wifi and snap a photo of the codes from the VRBO messages, and return).This was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in, and we would not hesitate to book again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and worry-free getaway. Perfect stars in every way! (We even had a double bear siting in the front yard!!!)"

"Great stay at Rosibel’s property. Very spacious for my brother and I. Very quiet just off the main road to Great Barrington. Definitely will stay there again. Kitchen was adequately stocked, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and cooled off with ac on a hot humid couple of days."

"We stayed at Sabrina's cottage for a family gathering. The kitchen is very well stocked, which made it easy and enjoyable for us to cook meals together. Comfortable beds and a very quiet street made for excellent sleep. The layout is open and airy, giving the feeling of plenty of space for everyone. Every part of the house was immaculate. We had only one quick question for Sabrina during our stay and she answered it quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience!!"
