This was one of the most impressive and authentic breakfasts we have encountered during our travels this year. This wholegrain crusty bread called "barley rusk" and is topped with grated tomato, fresh capers, oregano, sea salt, and a drizzle of olive oil. It's so simple, yet so fresh and delicious.
