### A penthouse apartment near the seaside (Nea Paralia)

The fully renovated apartment is located on the 5th floor. Its natural materials and colors create a beautiful and warm atmosphere.  
  
It consists of a comfortable and bright living room for moments of relaxation, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. It also has a large covered terrace.  
  
The location of the house is very central, just a few steps from the seaside (Nea Paralia), while in the neighborhood there are many shops, cafes and supermarkets.

The apartment is located on the 5th flo of an apartment building with an elevator. It is completely renovated and has a security door as well as very good internal frames. The house is heated with natural gas and there is hot water all day, while for cooling during the summer months there is an air conditioner. Also, the apartment has a washing machine.  
  
The living room of the apartment is comfortable, bright and gives the perfect atmosphere for beautiful moments of relaxation. In addition, there is a smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite series and movies.  
  
The bedroom has a brand new and comfortable mattress for restful and quality sleep.  
  
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with the necessary utensils and appliances, and there is also a dishwasher.  
In particular, there is a fridge, oven, hob, microwave and espresso machine with capsules.  
The comfortable dining room will make you enjoy every meal while the desk in the same area is a convenient work surface.  
  
The great advantage of the apartment is the large terrace where there is a dining table with beautiful plants.  
  
It strictly accommodates up to 3 people.
