It sits on one quarter mile of Bighorn river frontage. Fishing access is a little more difficult for older people. It is small and clean though the bedroom fan was broken and the patio door glass window was broken and boarded up with cardboard. Also there were no towels to use in bathroom and I don't remember seeing that anywhere so that people know to bring their own. It is a comfortable house and the owner was very nice but I was surprised to find out the owners house is right next door.
