### Vasiliki's cozy house Independent 3 beds/1 bath apartment in Nea Michaniona

Independent apartment in a detached house in Nea Michaniona. Fully equipped, semi-ground floor independent apartment with its own independent entrance in a 3-storey detached house, with balcony and garden. Ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday. It is located in an idyllic fishing village in Nea Michaniona Thessaloniki, which offers many options from restaurants, fish taverns, café-bars, cafes with local delicacies and long walks to the picturesque harbor and the fish ladder.  
It has a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a kitchen-living room with a corner living room/sofa that becomes a double bed and a sofa that becomes a single bed, toilet and shower. Free WiFi, hot water with solar water heater, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, hair dryer, electric iron, ironing board, TV, kettle, kitchen utensils, linen, bed linen, towels, hangers, and toiletries. There are protective screens on all windows and the entrance door.  
  
It is located 32 km from the center of Thessaloniki, 18 km from Macedonia Airport, 1.2 km from the beach of Nea Michaniona, 3 km from the beach of Agia Triada, 5 km from the beach of Neoi Epivates and 8 km from the beach Perea. The beach of Potamos Epanomis is 13 km away.  
The N. Michanionas Health Center, pharmacies, large supermarkets and mini markets are only 300 m from the residence. The central market and the church of Panagia Faneromeni at 500 m.  
  
Other facts you should know  
N. Michaniona is a beautiful seaside fishing village southwest of Thessaloniki, with easy access in 20 minutes from the airport via Plagiario. In 2021, the filming of Antonio Banderas' movie "The Enforcer" took place on its beach road on Polytechniou Street. Its natural balcony with the most beautiful sunset, with palm trees, cafes and bars is strongly reminiscent of Miami, as well as the basketball and tennis courts located in its harbor.  
  
It houses the second largest fish ladder in Greece and of course offers many dining options, fresh fish in restaurants and ouzo restaurants, cafes and bars on Polytechniou Street and the port, a canteen with excellent fresh and affordable food in Drosia and Ag. Nikolaos, and a picturesque tavern on the sand in Alykes. Other worthy options are found in Potamos and the Shipwreck of Epanomi, in the beach bars of Heraklia and Kallikrateia, mainly for the youth with loud music, and Angelochori in a unique location with palm trees.  
The best time to visit Michaniona and the miraculous icon of Panagia Faneromeni is August, when its annual festival takes place, with which since 1927 the 9 days of Panagia have been celebrated on August 23. In Epanomi, an interesting tour is its wetland, as well as a visit to the Wine Museum at the Gerovasiliou Estate.  
We inform you that the detached house has three floors. The ground floor is autonomous for our guests, with its own independent entrance and courtyard. The remaining two floors are inhabited by us and our family. Cooling and heating are carried out using an air conditioner. Excess consumption is charged extra, based on the provider's price list. Reduced consumption, on the contrary, is rewarded with locally sourced gifts for long-term stays.
