### EF-XARIS maisonette

Ef-Xaris Apartment is located in the coastal town of Perea, close to Thessaloniki. Located in a quiet area, but at the same time close to shops, cafes and restaurants, it offers you a pleasant vacation and a good atmosphere. The nearest beach is 1.2km from the accommodation.  
  
This apartment, which is a maisonette on two levels, can accommodate a maximum of four adults. The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. The upper level, which is on the first floor and is reached by internal stairs, has a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two adults.  
this air-conditioned facility, where air conditioners are located in the living room on the lower level and in the bedroom on the upper level, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle and a toaster.  
  
The bedroom has access to a balcony equipped with seating. On the lower level there is a private veranda with a table and chairs for sitting, as well as a small private garden which is accessed from the kitchen.  
  
On request, and within the price, pets are welcome.  
  
During their stay, guests take care of cleaning the apartment themselves, as well as changing the bed linen and towels they have at their disposal.  
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.  
  
Ef-Xaris Apartment is located 2.5km from Neoi Epivates beach, 5.5km from Agia Triada beach and 11km from Riviera beach. Nea Kalikratia is located at 29km, Nea Plagia at 43km, Nea Moudania at 49km, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is located at 10km from the accommodation.
