Welcome to your retreat in the Village of Glenbrook, ideally located on a quiet cul-de-sac between Spanish Springs Town Square and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence features a split floor plan with an open concept layout, elegant solid surface countertops, & tile flooring throughout with no carpets, offering both style and easy maintenance.  
  
The kitchen is a true centerpiece, offering generous counter space, an abundance of cabinets, and a central island perfect for entertaining or meal prep. The cozy eat-in area is ideal for casual dining, while over-cabinet lighting adds an inviting glow that enhances the warm, functional design.  
  
The living room is set up as a comfortable family gathering space, complete with a sofa and chairs arranged for easy conversation. Its open flow invites connection, whether you’re relaxing after a day on the golf course or entertaining guests.  
  
The master suite provides a private sanctuary, furnished with a king-size bed and a 65” smart TV for unwinding in style. A dedicated desk and chair offer a convenient workspace, while double walk-in closets ensure plenty of storage. The en suite bathroom features dual vanity sinks and a luxurious Roman-style walk-in shower, creating a spa-like experience at home.  
  
Guests will enjoy their own private retreat, as the guest wing can be closed off with a pocket door for comfort and privacy. The back guest room is furnished with a queen bed, while the front guest room offers two twin beds and a 45” smart TV—perfect for visitors of all ages.  
  
The expansive Florida room is the true showpiece of this home, designed for both entertainment and relaxation. Large windows open to reveal panoramic golf course views and a serene water view, creating a stunning backdrop. This space is outfitted with an electric reclining sectional, an impressive 85” smart TV, a billiards table with surrounding seating, and a built-in sound system for an immersive experience. With its own dedicated A/C unit and control, the Florida room stays comfortable year-round.  
  
Step outside to find even more to enjoy. Off the billiards area, a grilling pad with BBQ grill invites outdoor cooking, while a patio with table seating at the other end of the Florida room is perfect for dining al fresco or enjoying a quiet morning coffee.  
  
For added convenience, this home includes a gas golf cart for exploring The Villages with ease and is dog-friendly, making it the ideal getaway for the whole family.

From shopping & dining at Spanish Springs Town Square to entertainment & waterfront strolls at Lake Sumter Landing Market Square, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of this premier community. This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.  
  
NOTE: Golf cart is provided as a courtesy from the owner if for any reason the cart does not function properly you will not be given a replacement cart. You will be responsible for renting your own cart.  
  
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on patios, and on the property's premises. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe living environment for all guests.
