This home is a beautifully decorated Designer 3-bedroom home and located in the Village of Lynnhaven , nearest to Lake Sumter Square. There are 4 Pools within 4 minutes – take your pick ! This home is well appointed with a Coastal theme and has a bright open floor plan. The Master bedroom has a Premium King size adjustable bed, 2 large walk-in closets, and a private master bath. Bedroom #2 has a comfortable Queen size bed for your guests to feel at home and the Bedroom#3 is set up with King bed as well, (all appointed with premium linens). There are so many places to enjoy a cup of coffee, will it be on the screened Golf Front Lanai with TV, or the over-sized outdoor sofa on the front porch, or while catching some rays on the back-patio chaise lounges – you decide! Of course, you can sit indoors as well at the kitchen Island or the Dining room table. The home is only a short trip (2 mi) to the town center, Lake Sumter Square. The town squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! From our booking to check-in to our exit everything in between was great and well thought out. Our host worked very well with us in a very timely manner. Great communication.The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood on the golf course with access to three pools very close. Sitting in the back porch we experienced golfers on a daily basis. The sand trip made for some interesting observations as well as enjoying the beautiful sunsets.The home is very nice and very well stocked. It's obvious that the owners take pride in providing to the needs of their guests. The booklet that was put together for their renters was super spelling out everything that we needed to know. The location is great being close to Spanish Springs as well as Sumpter Landing. Stores & restaurants are also close but quick access to main roads made things easy. The bed was very, very comfortable and greatly appreciated. The furniture and TV's were very nice and easy to operate and the brief instructions really helped. The 2-car garage was great for our car and golf cart that we rented.
