The master bath offers a walk-in shower, his & her sinks and includes towels and linens. Both guest bedrooms are set up with a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The guest bath is roomy and has a tub/shower combo and includes extra towels and linens. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and offers a serene setting. I'm sure you'll spend many hours relaxing in the lanai. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book with the relaxing sounds of nature. You will find a BBQ grill in the back yard for you to fire up and invite your friends over for dinner before heading into town and dancing the night away!

This beautiful home comes complete and includes a 4 person Golf Cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
