With over 100 miles of golf cart paths you can go practically everywhere in the golf cart. The pool is super close and plenty of safe areas to walk your fur babies. The Villa its self was very spacious and the enclosed courtyard was well kept up and easy to left the dogs in and out. The keyless front door entry made it very convenient as well. They also have lots of extras like beach towels, umbrellas, and golfing supplies. This was overall an amazing location just 4 minutes from Publix grocery store and gas for the golf cart. Fantastic house. A very, very short walk to the pool. Super quiet neighborhood. Well appointed home, especially the kitchen. Didn’t use the golf cart but it looks like a lot of fun and excellent condition. Patio furniture is biggest omission, bite suspect it’s on the horizon?
