The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. Beyond that, we found the rental to be lacking. The kitchen supplies were minimal, and we had to request some basic items to be supplied--can opener, wine opener, kitchen towels, etc. Not much in regard to glassware--no plasticware for leftovers--some pans need to be thrown away. Many items of furniture were old and worn. The entire home could use a facelift--new paint and flooring, etc. The management company did help with many of our requests, however. ##### Jacqueline L.
