Minutes from LAKE SUMTER LANDING SQUARE to find shopping, dining and NIGHTLY MUSIC! Down the road from HAVANA COUNTRY CLUB and an abundance of other pools and recreations centers with games and activities. EXECUTIVE and CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSES at every turn! Centrally located between all the activity. The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. \- Desired Location between 466 & 466A \- Golf Cart for Guest Use! \- Master Bedroom-Queen with TV, large walk-in closet & ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower \- Guest Quarters: Bedroom and Bathroom Closed-off with pocket door \- Guest Bedroom-Queen \- Guest bathroom (shower/tub combo) \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Dining area (seats 8) \- Lanai - fully furnished with Flatscreen TV \- Large, enclosed Backyard with seating, gas grill and impressive tropical mural scene on the privacy wall \- Washer & Dryer \- Room to park 1 cars in the driveway with additional parking at the end of the street \- Internet and streaming capabilities. Guests need to use personal logins Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.) Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days. Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: No smoking or vaping on the premises. Violations will result in termination of your reservation. Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking. The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. Excellent middle location of The Villages to see all the different areas. Highly recommend. We had an email/text issue with getting our access code, but it was quickly resolved.
