"This was a wonderful experience for my friend and I. Annett and Qazi in dining were wonderful and VERY welcoming. Crystal at the front desk was amazing, her welcome smiling and how she treated us when we arrived was profound. DEBORAH at the front desk had too much ATTITUDE for our liking when we went to pick up our new keys, she was a BIG turn off. Other than her our overall experience was amazing. Would definitely return and recommend this resort."

"Hotel was great! We stayed in building 2, which even though it was far away from the waterpark and lobby, it was next to another pool which was very mellow. Staff was friendly. Noise level was great. Beds were comfortable. "

"My room was so comfortable, The bed was Heavensent, i love the deep soak tub 😌, baths put me where i needed to be, the lobby was busy like the reviews said i stood in the line for like 30mins just to check in hotel was beautiful & l love the art work throughout the hotels i would stay again."
