"Great location, great stay"
We were only here one day, but the staff were great and the location couldn't be beat. My 16-year old loved the leopard print robes and we loved the 5 o'clock happy hour.

"Fantastic stay"
Great location, wonderful staff and amenities. About midway between Miracle Mile and the museum campus; an easy bus ride to each. Rooms are good size for a hotel in the city.

"Modern With a Few Quirks"
The location is good, if a tiny bit off the beaten path of restaurants and shopping. There are not a ton of places to eat right nearby and the places that are within a 5 minute walk are mobbed. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms, while small and a little dark, are efficient and well-designed. The fact that this is a hotel that has condos/rental apartments above it was both pro and con. There are separate elevators for each group, and the hotel elevators were often horrendously slow. There is free internet but you have to sign up for it every 24 hours of your stay. The outdoor pool/lounge area/running track are fantastic, though. Really nice!

Wonderful environment, great hospitality. I just wish if there was a parking available or we get discount on parkings. We had to pay a good amount for parking.

"Excellent location"
Both, The check in and the check out process were excellent. The hotel staff very helpful. We attended to a wedding in the AON center so we did not have to go outside to get to it. My room was overlooking the Michigan lake so it was very quite and nice view.

"Very nice hotel!"
Check-in took awhile, not enough staff working. We opted out of housekeeping during our three day stay but housekeeping made sure to call us every day to see if there was anything we needed. If you drive to this hotel trying to get to a parking garage is quite a challenge and VERY EXPENSIVE! Finally found a reasonable parking garage a block away. The hotel has valet parking but charge an insane price to park your car. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant as a glass of orange juice was $6.00.

"Fancy lobby, mediocre rooms"
Stayed for 3 nights for a conference. Our experience was OK but definitely not outstanding. Room was small and mostly clean though there were fingerprints on bathroom mirror and the toilet could use an extra cleaning. Elevators took forever. But staff were friendly and food was good.
