"Everything except the condition of the lobby and the breakfast options was excellent!! The lobby is still under construction and it definitely takes away from the ambience of the hotel. Also the “continental” breakfast was also lacking. There was no water, juice and coffee was cold. Hopefully once the construction is completed the issues will be resolved. Overall I enjoyed my stay!"

"Perfect place to stay in downtown Chicago. Close to everything. Reasonably priced. Amazingly helpful staff. My friend and I spent a couple of days wandering the city, but always were pleased to know Staypineapple was our landing spot!"

"Requested a fridge and microwave, as they do not come in each room. Wasn't there when we checked in, but came shortly and worked well. Nice hotel, but no pool and they only offer parking as a valet service for $80+ per day. Ended up parking at Aon Center for $17/day, which was VERY close. "
