It is very comfortable, clean and quiet. It has a loft that would be cool for kids. Everything was provided for us to be able to cook and entertain ourselves. We had deer roaming around the fields next to us. It is an easy drive from Ozark. The bathtub was definitely a highlight for us girls. The loft is small, but was perfect for my teenager to sleep. Time at the creek on the property was great for the kids to play and I got to relax.
