"I had room facing the busy street, but the room was well insulated and I did not hear the traffic from outside. Also, the floor plan was very functional. Linen was clean CLEAN, bed was SO comfortable And the amenities of small fridge, coffee maker, iron, -and 2 water bottles provided with each room clean was especially helpful. Parking spaces were wide with ample space to unload and open passenger doors."

"We had an awesome stay at Head of Pond House and really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house is beautiful, has a ton of character, and is in a great location for spending a weekend in the Hamptons. Our host was fantastic and probably the best part of the stay. She was incredibly accommodating from the moment we arrived and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She was always available if we had a question or needed a recommendation, but at the same time gave us plenty of space to enjoy the weekend. Breakfast every morning was also great and made the stay feel a lot more personal than staying at a hotel. Everything was fresh and really well done, and it was a great way to start the day before heading out. Overall, we had a great time and felt very well taken care of the entire weekend. Between the house, location, breakfast, and especially the hospitality, there really wasn’t anything we would have changed. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in the Hamptons and would highly recommend Head of Pond House to anyone looking for a great place to stay."

"We had an amazing stay here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend! We had to cancel our original house at the last minute due to some unexpected issues, and Jay was so kind and accommodating!The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the perfect place for our group to celebrate. We’re so grateful for how welcoming and responsive he was, especially given the last-minute circumstances. He helped turn what started as a stressful situation into such a special and memorable weekend for all of us. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Most of us will never see an Architectural Digest property up close, let alone live in one. Jill is giving us that chance, and it was the best stay I've ever had.The magnificent log home is every bit as stunning in person as it was in the magazine, where it appeared on the cover. But what the photos can't convey is how comfortable it is. Every room is beautifully designed, yet nothing feels precious or off-limits. You settle in immediately.The home combines impressive scale with real warmth: soaring timbers, beautiful stonework, generous rooms, and distinctive furnishings. Surrounded by acres of natural beauty, it feels like a secluded Western ranch, yet it's conveniently located for everything the Hamptons offers. Mornings taking in the grounds, afternoons by the heated pool, and evenings relaxing together in the house made the entire stay feel special.Most of all, there is an atmosphere here that photographs cannot fully capture - serene, private, and completely unique. It is the perfect retreat for anyone who values peace, natural beauty, and an unforgettable sense of place.Jill was a gracious, responsive host from the first message to checkout. The home was immaculate, thoughtfully stocked, and the little details showed real care for her guests.If you've ever paged through AD and wondered what it would be like to live in one of these homes, this is your answer.
