"The cottage is quaint and old, it is showing its age. The beds were ever comfortable. The entertainment option was not a TV but a projector with a shoddy speaker. The spiral staircase to the upper level was treacherous to come down and several of the vertical supports were look making the decent and ascent scary. The pond side location was very nice and the little patio was special apart from the chainsaws from the unfortunately scheduled tree cutting by neighbors."

You settle in immediately.The home combines impressive scale with real warmth: soaring timbers, beautiful stonework, generous rooms, and distinctive furnishings. Surrounded by acres of natural beauty, it feels like a secluded Western ranch, yet it's conveniently located for everything the Hamptons offers. Mornings taking in the grounds, afternoons by the heated pool, and evenings relaxing together in the house made the entire stay feel special.Most of all, there is an atmosphere here that photographs cannot fully capture - serene, private, and completely unique.
