This expansive 3-bedroom apartment spans nearly 100 m², comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests, making it perfect for families or those seeking ample space and privacy. The inviting interior combines natural tones, modern tech, and cozy furnishings. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a roomy dining area, and a relaxing living space with a large SMART TV and Chromecast for your entertainment. Two bedrooms include double beds, SMART TVs, desks, and generous storage, while the third bedroom offers a single bed with a private sink and heated mirror. The bathroom has a shower and heated mirror, complemented by a separate toilet and a laundry room with washer and dryer. A 10 m² balcony invites you to unwind outdoors. Guests enjoy a welcoming lobby with complimentary tea and coffee, plus a free fitness room. Sustainability is prioritized with solar-powered electricity and heating. Paid on-street parking is available, with private parking on request. This eco-friendly apartment is ideal for comfortable short or extended stays.  
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures.
