Wir bedauern jedoch, dass es Unklarheiten bezüglich der Parkmöglichkeiten für Elektro- und Hybridautos gab und dass die Informationen zu den alternativen Parkmöglichkeiten nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Wir möchten klarstellen, dass aus Sicherheitsgründen tatsächlich keine Elektro-, Hybrid- oder LPG-Autos in unserer hoteleigenen Parkanlage zugelassen sind. Het spijt ons echter dat u enkele problemen heeft ondervonden tijdens uw verblijf. We betreuren het dat u bij aankomst niemand aantrof bij de receptie en zullen uw feedback doorgeven aan ons receptie team, zodat dit in de toekomst kan worden voorkomen. Spijtig dat de badkamer in uw eerste kamer niet voldeed aan uw verwachtingen. We zijn blij dat we u een andere kamer met een nette badkamer konden aanbieden, maar het is jammer dat de staat van de kamer niet helemaal naar wens was. Onze excuses voor de dubbele betaling.
