This charming location offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ensuring an unforgettable experience. The apartment has been thoughtfully renovated with modern amenities. It features a master bedroom with a comfortable large bed and wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials cutlery, cookware, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a four-burner stove, a microwave/oven combo, and a refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom offers a relaxing walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and towel radiator. Guests can enjoy the convenience of an independent check-in process, arriving any time after 3 pm using a pre-communicated entry code. Our host team is always available to assist with any questions and provide recommendations for the numerous restaurants, bars, and shops in the neighborhood. Guest can always contact our Host team Please note that your room will only be cleaned before your stay. You can request additional cleaning and linnen change for a surcharge. Please ask the host team during your stay. HOUSE RULES We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. • No parties or events allowed. • No smoking allowed. • No pets allowed. • No unregistered guests allowed. • Please respect the noise curfew. • Please turn off the AC when you go out. • Please respect check-in and check-out times, a late check-out without notice will result in a €250 euro fine. • Please take extra care of your keys, use 1 key to open the door and keep 1 in the key box.
