Le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix de la chambre, mais correspond au minimum que l'on peut attendre. Le bon point revient au gaufrier à disposition pour se faire des gaufres à volonté. D'un bon rapport qualité prix dans l'ensemble. »

« Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour 6 nuits! N’outre fille intégrant LewisU , nous avons choisi un hôtel assez proche ! La 1er nuit a été horrible ! Chambre délabrée , tout était cassé - la Clim, les volets , la douche … et la propreté était plus que limite ! Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et nous avons été très mal reçu par la personne à l’accueil ! Passe 18h, elle était seule, elle ne connaissait pas l hôtel et ne pouvait même pas mis dire comment arrêter la Clim dans notre chambre ....

« Arrivé tardive, réception H24 c'est vrai , on nous donne une chambre Non fumeurs qui en faite est un cendrier géant! horrible, le soir même réclamations ; Le matin réveille en fanfare car quelqu'un a déclenché l'alarme incendie (très violent comme alarme impossible de ne pas l'entendre) le lendemain après avoir réexpliqué le souci on nous change de chambre. Nouvelle chambre ne sent rien si ce n'est bon ^^ cool, juste un problème électrique qui sera réparer plus tard le lendemain (pas rapide)...

« Everything was perfect; the breakfast is really hood and have a lot of variety. The beds are really confy. The pool was heated so my kids can enjoyed it. The only thing was that at 9am, the guy was doing the lawn and it was impossible to sleep because it is so noisy. »

« L’hôtel est récent, confortable et calme (au moins pour le numéros de chambre pairs qui ne donnent pas vers l’autoroute). Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympathique et efficace (il m’a proposé une autre chambre tout de suite après un petit dégât des eaux). Le prix est élevé mais c’est Burr Ridge… »

"The hotel is very dated and close to the highway so it is noisy at night, even when using earplugs. They were able ti switch me from one room to a slightly quieter one, then the bathtub leaked in the second room. The third room was just as noisy as the first. I saw a leak coming from another room that spread in the corridor. Staff were friendly and helpful but this hotel is in serious need of renovation."
