You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### The Fern Cottage \[private hot tub + pool\]

Our newly remodeled Cottage in the rolling hills of Berks County boasts a mix of vintage 1900s charm and modern flares. With a view of the Appalachian Mts, this location is conveniently central to Hershey & Harrisburg (I 78 & 81), Reading & Allentown (Rt. 422), Lititz & Lancaster (Rt. 501). You will be within 10 minutes of a variety of local coffeeshops, dining, and parks. If you choose to "stay in," enjoy the hot tub & pool (seasonal & at your own risk). We look forward to hosting you!  
  
The Cottage is conveniently located off the main road along a shared private driveway where you will have access to the whole property. The main floor is the kitchen/dining room, living room, and a half bath. Both bedrooms and the full bath are on the second floor. The laundry is found on the main floor off the back porch through its own entrance.   
The back patio & yard is a private oasis for your enjoyment. The hot tub is available year round, and the pool from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (feel free to inquire about other dates). Make use of the pool toys, the patio furniture, and the propane grill on the back porch. When in season, the landscaping boasts many blooms.  
You will have access to the entire property, minus the basement, garage, and shed. Follow the lighted walkway from the driveway to the back porch where you will check in with a code.  
  
The hot tub & pool area is to be used AT YOUR OWN RISK. The pool water is about 4' deep.  
  
There is an AC window unit to cool the downstairs living room & kitchen area. Each bedroom upstairs has its own AC window unit. You will need to open/shut doors to regulate temperatures in the bathroom, hall, & stairs.  
The living room & kitchen downstairs each have their own heat thermostat. Each bedroom upstairs plus the bathroom/hall each have a thermostat for electric heat as well.  
  
A book of favorites & suggestions of ours is at the Cottage for your reference & enjoyment. We look forward to hearing from you in our guest book and in a positive review here on Air B&B.
