This beautiful townhouse has 3 spacious bedrooms- each with balcony access and additional sitting area in the main bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen. Direct beach access via the end of the street, only a 2 minute walk and your feet are in the sand. This property is an open plan with plenty of room for friends or family. Bring your pet along and enjoy a nice BBQ in the backyard with the family or enjoy the views from your private balcony. Ideal for fishing, only 2 minute drive to the nearest boat ramp. This properties features include a coffee machine, a rooftop terrace, dishwasher, parking, BBQ and Wi-Fi Bring your bike and take a relaxing bike ride around the lake or for the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores, or Shelly Beach Golf Club. The proximity of the house is just a bit too close to neighbours, but a quiet and friendly neighbourhood… The only thing is, that the property needs fumigation.. I caught a few (4) cockroaches despite of cleanliness of the property during our 7 nights stay.
