Location was great & the house was well appointed & comfortable. The initial booking was good & then we asked a question & received an answer. From this point on communication was abysmal. I wrote 2 requests & received no reply until I asked a question through Stayz. 2 days later I received an answer that did not relate to any of my questions. We nearly pulled out of going 4 days before leaving due to lack of any communication with the agent. It is not a nice situation to have complete silence from a reply. Sadly the last time we got the key and entered through the front door, it was clear that housekeeping hadn't been since the last guests. It's a shame, it messed up a a fun and exciting arrival. Lots of attention to detail that made it seem much more like a home than a rental. It was beautifully clean and had everything that we needed. Really comfortable beds and having 3 sofas in the lounge meant no arguments about space! The kitchen was really well equipped and really clean.
