Once you park your car, you can leave it as the ideal central location of Sandhurst 5 means that you are within only a few minutes’ walk to cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The living room has a large comfortable lounge, ocean and lake views, electric fireplace, 65-inch flat screen TV with surround sound. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe, 55inch flat screen TV and ocean views. The main lounge area is so uncomfortable and the seats are full of weird insects that can give you terrible itchy bites and rash after 5 minutes . The ceiling fans are doing nothing to cool down the temperature if you are staying there in summer. The parking is very difficult as the provided single lockup garage can hardly fit any sedan car because of the stored stuff that belongs to the owner. ##### John I.
