I feel it is a 3 star property at a 4 star price. Picked up the key from a very rude waitress in a cafe but returned it to a very polite friendly waiter at the same place. There was long black hairs all through the bathrooms. The linen wasn’t fresh the sheets had pilling on them and the towels were small and dried stuff. Not impressed when booking that I wasn't told this was a private apartment and The Oaks has Nothing to do with the state of the apartment. I booked for 2 adults and 1 child to find the apartment only had 2 towels and 3 sheets. Not enough for 3 people. And it was not cleaned. SO we were expected to dry what the emergency cleaner had put in the washing machine. Communication with the "owner" was okay but there was no support from the concierge which was very very disappointing. It was such a shame as we had stayed before and it was wonderful.
