We booked this apartment as it had a rooftop and thats more private and kids and i were really looking forward to it. The next morning after we had arrived we find out that the pool was closed. We got in contact with the agent but no luck. The kids were sooo upset. I would never book there again. The shower wasn't working and the beds weren't all that clean. I would advise to callUp and ask if everything they claim comes with this apartment is working. As a returning customer i did not expect this from the agency.
