Sitting in a private corner position with stunning lakeside views, you are across from The Entrance Channel as well as ‘Picnic Point’ park and boat ramp, and a 5 minute walk to all the attractions The Entrance has to offer. Sharing the floor with only one other penthouse, peace and privacy radiates throughout the entire apartment. Embracing its breathtaking water views and location, the property extends across the vast amount of entertaining areas. This includes a private 124sqm roof top terrace complete with covered dining space and a spacious seven-seater spa for your use only, plus a generous 132sqm wrap around balcony allowing for another entertaining space with dining table, bbq setting and access from all bedrooms. The uninterrupted sunset views become the perfect backdrop for a fantastic getaway for families, couples or groups all year round. The apartment features an open plan kitchen and dining area with quality fittings and has both ducted and split system air conditioning. There are three full bedrooms with built in robes. We had Christmas dinner in the property and the kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of pots and pans and dishes for the meat and salads. Other evenings we took the short walk to the esplanade for dinner. There’s a nice Spanish restaurant and can also recommend the schnitzel at the entrance hotel. We loved the penthouse, with its amazing views of the lake and private, rooftop jacuzzi. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was simply spectacular. Being the middle of winter we had some wet and windy weather, but that didn't matter as it was a lovely place to hang out with its large screen TV and huge selection of movies as well as some board games. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing time away and the owners were wonderful to deal with. I hadn't been to The Entrance in years and have always thought of it as a summer holiday destination, but we loved our winter escape.
