"The hotel was very nice, however, the housekeeping was very spotty. On our first day housekeeping came at around 9:00AM but we weren't ready to leave and told her not to bother cleaning that day. Subsequently, the next two days we had to request towels and the room was not cleaned."

"Close to the Opry House is aGreat positive. Transportation to and from Opry House is needed or if available should be advertised. Having to walk at night , even the relatively short distance from Opry House is Not good and takes away from the convenience."
