"This was our first trip to the Black Hills, and the Little Elk Cottage was the perfect setting for our trip. The cottage is adorable, very private and within reasonable driving times to the area’s attractions. The cottage was well equipped and well furnished. We had a very relaxing getaway, and would recommend the cottage to anyone visiting the Black Hills area. Herb M."

"Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless. "Very nice hotel. Clean. Beds and pillows are really soft, too soft imo. We arrived with 2 adults/2 kids and they gave us a room without sheets for the pullout and just 2 towels. This is annoying when you clearly reserve for 4 and they see it at check in. Ice maker was broken on our floor without a sign and I told them at the front and they said "yeah we know". Then put up a sign. Breakfast was sparse but good and they were out of stuff before 8:30 and didn't restock. AC couldn't keep up and it...

"Sylvan Lake Lodge sits above the lake in a quiet area in Custer State Park. Our room had a good queen bed and small bathroom. There was a table and 2 chairs. The lodge had a great sitting area with alot of chairs/sofas. The dining room had excellent dinners (walleye/vegies for my husband and a steak for me). Breakfasts were also good w/ eggs, bacon/sausage and pancakes."
