I had a few issues checking in and getting situated. One room the dishwasher was beeping than I got another room and it was food from a party the fridge and hairs in the shower. I slept on top of the covers. If everything had just been cleaner it would’ve been great plus top golf is near and around the hotel there were good food options.

My family and I are well traveled and the lack of customer service , hospitality was concerning. Our room was less than thoroughly cleaned and missing items that should have been available in our rooms and or at the front desk? My teenagers had a few unexpected encounters with the staff which was upsetting . Complementary breakfast and cocktail hour was good idea but was underwhelming and needs to be revamped. The one woman that worked in the morning at front desk was nice and explained the rewards program to my husband . Wish you nothing but the best may your company grow stronger and strive for greatness! Thank you kindly

The property is located in a great location, staff was helpful. However, our room was not cleaned correctly, there were socks from previous guest left under a coach and the restroom was in terrible condition. There were stains everywhere.
