« Les lits étaient confortable, il manquait certaines commodités, il n'y avait pas de boites de kleenex dans notre chambre, le déjeuner était correct, le personnel était serviable et gentil. Ce qui serait bien c'est d'offrir du café en tout temps et changer la machine à eau bouillonante automatique en tout temps. La toilette au lobby; il faudrait absolument qu'elle soit fonctionnelle svp. Ce n'est pas commode vu que nous sommes beaucoup si on veut aller à la salle de bain. Pour le reste ça passe. »

« This property needs to be shut down, I believe the health department and the hospitality authority need to shut it down, the room was outdated, the door was rusty, it looks like someone was bleeding on the door. « J'avais fait une réservation à Holiday Inn Express Richmond Downtown et je me suis retrouvée avec une réservation à Holiday Inn Express Richmond Airport. Je ne l'ai pas vu suffisamment à temps pour obtenir la même chambre à Downtown. Aussi, j'ai perdu du temps à prendre chaque jour avec le taxi pour me rendre à Downtown pour assister à ma conférence. « L'accueil fut très sympathique, la chambre était propre. Par contre, hôtel extrêmement bruyant, il y avait de la musique a l'extérieur toute la nuit, des toxicomanes rodaient dans le parking. De plus le petit-déjeuner était inclus dans le prix. La salle du petit-déjeuner était fermée (23/12), il y avait seulement du café en libre service à l'accueil qui était imbuvable. Bref passer votre chemin. »

"Les lits étaient confortable, il manquait certaines commodités, il n'y avait pas de boites de kleenex dans notre chambre, le déjeuner était correct, le personnel était serviable et gentil. Ce qui serait bien c'est d'offrir du café en tout temps et changer la machine à eau bouillonante automatique en tout temps. La toilette au lobby; il faudrait absolument qu'elle soit fonctionnelle svp. Ce n'est pas commode vu que nous sommes beaucoup si on veut aller à la salle de bain. Pour le reste ça passe. "

"L’hôtel est parfait et le personnel vraiment gentil. Nous étions fatigué et nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel. Service et plat excellent. Le stationnement est payant. Nous croyons pouvoir marcher sur le bord de l’eau mais l’hôtel est entouré d’autoroute. Fausse impression de notre part mais à part cela tout est parfait. "
