1 meter fra havet, helt ok overnattingssted, kjøkken med det man trenger for å lage mat, 4 doble soverom. Men, dårlig luftemuligheter på soverom, og brannsikkerhet kunne enkelt vært oppgradert med ett par slokkeapparater og røykvarslere i huset.
