The interior is nicely finished and the location cannot be much better. Very short walk to the village and Monterra golf clubhouse. The pool was quite large and in very good shape. I was impressed when I got a phone call prior to check-in to let me know of the house rules, amenities and last minute reminders regarding parking etc. I rented this for the weekend for my daughter's birthday and she had the time of her life. The only thing was that the hot tub was not working during the time of our visit. The kitchen was equipped with what I needed to cook a hearty meal. It was very thoughtful for the property managers to have supplies in the kitchen, people might forget....they had coffee filters, plastic wrap, dish soap, kitchen towels, disinfecting wipes and dishwashing tablets.
